Job responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health conditions and identify changes requiring clinical intervention
- Develop, implement and evaluate individual nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescriptions and clinical procedures
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, recovery and potential complications
- Document nursing assessments, treatments and outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and families about treatment, recovery and preventive care
- Coordinate with physicians, healthcare assistants and other professionals
- Follow clinical guidelines, infection-control measures and patientsafety standards
